Have you ever found a parent's old yearbook? It can be a lot of fun looking through old class photos and seeing which sports teams and clubs they were a part of. Archives.com has a great collection of both high school and college yearbooks going back to the early 1900s for you to search.

How do you search this collection? It's easy. Starting on the Archives search page, simply click on the drop down menu on the left side and select "Yearbooks". Now our yearbook collection has been scanned using OCR (Optical Character Recognition), which means that all of the text is searchable. You can search using names and locations, or even just enter keywords - perhaps you are interested in looking at a particular club, for example, search "Glee Club".

Once you have searched either by name or keyword, click on the results and you'll be able to see the scanned yearbook image, which is what's most exciting. You can use the controls at the top of the image viewer to flip through the pages and see more.

If you're just interested in browsing through a particular yearbook, in the search page click above in the "Search by" section, and click "Yearbook" and select the location, school, and year you'd like to browse.
