The best resource for genealogy research is one of the many Missouri family history centers located throughout the state. As branches of the Family History Library in Salt Lake City, these facilities offer access to a similar range of resources as the largest genealogy library in the world. From microfilm and print materials to the latest in computer software, you can have all of your questions answered with the information you find at these centers. Missouri Genealogy Resources
Missouri has large genealogical collections at every level, from public libraries to state and federal archives. Microfilm Holdings Guides and Topical Guides for Missouri can be found at the Midwest Genealogy Center under the heading Resources for Genealogy and Family History. Aside from genealogical collections, there are other repositories with research facilities that might assist you in learning more about your ancestor's life. One such entity is National World War I Museum in Kansas City.
