While Andrew County does have local sources of vital records, the state of Missouri also operates a central registry
where birth and death records, listed from 01/01/1910 to the present, and marriage records, listed from 07/01/1948 to the present, are available. The registry is under the jurisdiction of the Department of Health and Senior Services Bureau of Vital Records, and they can be emailed
or called at (573) 751-6387 with additional questions. For local sources, the Recorder of Deeds can provide copies of marriage records, and the Circuit Clerk handles divorce records. Both offices are located in the courthouse of Savannah, MO, on Main Street. To obtain birth and death records locally, the Andrew County Health Department is at 106 North 5th, also in Savannah, and they can be emailed
or called at (816) 324-3169. Vital records in Missouri are restricted to qualified individuals only.
