Caddo County vital recordsCaddo County vital records are available from the Caddo County Department of Health in Anadarko or the state Department of Health in Oklahoma City. Copies are $15, requested by mail or in person (online through VitalChek), but privacy restrictions apply if the person of record is living. Records date to 1907, but recordkeeping was not mandatory until 1917 and compliance not uniform until the 1940s. Historical records are at either the Oklahoma Historical Society or the Caddo County Genealogical Society in Anadarko. The Andarko Court Clerk maintains marriage and divorce records. Organized in 1901 when opened to non-Indian settlers, Caddo lost area to Grady County upon statehood in 1907.
