Clinton County, MO Birth, Death, Marriage, Divorce Records
The Clinton County Health Department, the local branch of the Department of Health and Senior Services, details the three methods the office offers to apply for and obtain copies of birth and death records, as well as providing the required applications on the vital records page. Applications can be mailed in to Clinton County Health Department, 106 Bush Street, Plattsburg, MO, 64477-1779, and they can also be physically submitted at the same address. If mailed, the application must be notarized prior to submission, and checks or money orders are accepted as payment.
