For official copies of property, divorce, marriage, and military discharge records, the Circuit Clerk, who also acts in the capacity of the Recorder of Deeds for the county, is in charge of maintaining all of them. The office is in the DeKalb County Courthouse on 109 W Main Street, also in Maysville. For birth and death certificates, the DeKalb-Tri-County Health Department is located at 302 North Park in Stanberry, MO, and can be emailed at [email protected].
