A copy may be purchased for $20.00, plus $15.00 for each additional copy ordered at the same time. The State of Oregon maintains vital records after six months of the date of the event. For a fee of $32.50, which includes processing costs, VitalChek (www.vitalchek.com) also provides Douglas County vital records.
