Copies of birth certificates are $15.00 for the first copy and $5.00 for each additional copy. There is a $7.00 charge for death certificate copies. VitalChek (http://www.vitalchek.com/tennessee-express-vital-records.aspx) provides records on the Internet to eligible persons for an additional service fee.
