The Juab County Clerk/Auditor issues marriage licenses and certified copies thereof (cost $6.00 for a certified copy). Contact information is available at the county clerk/auditor's website. Utah birth and death records are available since 1905 and are maintained by the Utah State office for 100 years for birth records and 50 years for death records. Older birth records older are kept with the Division of Archives & Records Service. All state records can be obtained by immediate family members; the website for ordering copies of birth, death, marriage, and divorce records is at the Utah Department of Health.
