Madison County vital recordsOne of the duties if the Madison County Clerk is to maintain records of the County's vital statistics, including birth, death and marriage certificates. Records of birth begin in the late 1800's, records of death begin is 1878 and records of marriage begin in 1813. To obtain a vital record for Madison County you must fill out and sign the form found on the County website, pay the required fee and either hand in the form to the Clerk's Office or mail it in.
