Polk County vital recordsA fire in the courthouse in Benton, Polk County, Tennessee, destroyed all marriage records from 1839, when the county was formed, to 1893. Fees for copies of birth, marriage, and divorce certificates are $15.00 for the first copy; $5.00 for additional copies. Death certificates are $7.00 each for all copies.
