Additionally, requests for copies of birth and death records can be made online through VitalChek (http://www.vitalchek.com/). The non-refundable fee for one copy through VitalChek is $32.50, including $12.50 for quick processing. Internet orders must be billed to a credit card. Only immediate family members or legal representatives may order birth records for another individual.
