Clarion County vital recordsBirth and death records for 1906 to the present in Clarion County are available from the Division of Vital Records in New Castle. Marriage certificates can be obtained at the Register of Wills at the Clarion County Courthouse in Clarion. The cost is $4.50 for a marriage record, and $4.50 for a certified copy up to four pages. Divorce records may be obtained at the Prothonotary Office in the same building; certified copies are $8.00. Clarion County was formed on March 11, 1839, from parts of Venango and Armstrong Counties.
