Upon being filled out, the application can be mailed in, or taken in person. Requests can also be submitted online or over the phone, and the office can be emailed with any questions. Those looking for information on all other records, such as property, divorce, etc., can contact the Coahoma County Chancery Court at 115 First Street in Clarksdale, MS. Inquiries can also be emailed to the office, or over the phone at 662-624-3000. The office permits researchers to visit in person to go through the public indexes on file. Most records are open and available to the public except for those which contain personally compromising information, such as adoptions records.
