The fee for all certified records is $20.00 for the first copy and $15.00 for each additional copy ordered at the same time. For records older than six months, inquiries can be directed to the Oregon Vital Records office (http://public.health.oregon.gov/BirthDeathCertificates/GetVitalRecords/Pages/index.aspx). Records are also available at the VitalChek link on the State website (http://www.vitalchek.com/). The non-refundable fee for one copy through VitalChek is $32.50, including $12.50 for processing. Only immediate family members or legal representatives may order birth records for another individual.
