Oregon vital records are available both from the state and from the county that issued the marriage license or granted the divorce. From the state, Oregon marriage records from January 1910 on cost $20 for the first copy and $15 for any others, as do Oregon divorce records from 1925 on, while counties set their own prices. To obtain Oregon vital records from counties, contact the county clerk that issued the marriage license; some counties have records before 1906. Contact the Oregon State Archives for Oregon marriage records or the county circuit court clerk for Oregon divorce records, some of which may be available even if they took place before 1925.
