Waseca County vital recordsThe Research Center for the Waseca County Historical Society is open Tuesdays through Fridays, from 9:00AM until 12:00PM, and then again from 1:00PM until 5:00PM. Their available library resources include deed records from 1857 until 1886, naturalization records index for over 100 years, from 1859 till 1966, birth and death records from 1870 till 1940, and very much more. All available records and indexes are published online, as well, however the online databases are restricted to members of the Historical Society only. A one year individual membership costs $25 and grants access to the online database, as well as physical records located at the library. The Waseca County License Bureau is the official county source for certified vital records, which begin from 1856 to 1870 and continue to the present. The Bureau office is located in the East Annex Building at 307 N State Street in Waseca, MN.
