A certified copy costs $30.00; additional copies are $20.00. Death certificates are stored for 60 years, after which they can be ordered from the Washington State Center for Health Statistics. The first copy is $30.00 and $20.00 for additional copies per record. Marriage and divorce records are also available from the state health department. The county public health Vital Statistics Department can assist in locating records of relatives.
