The office, which provides record applications online, is open Monday through Friday from 7:30AM until 4:30PM. The office at 177 Main Street in the county seat of Winona, MN., also allows genealogy research during the same days from 12:00PM till 4:30PM. Office staff welcomes any questions or inquiries at their main office email address. Also open to researchers are the Winona County Historical Society's archives located in the Laird Lucas Memorial Library in Winona. Admission to the archives is $5, and there are staff on hand who will perform research projects for $15 an hour. That staff is also available in the archives to assist with locating specific records and materials.
