Perry County vital recordsThe Perry County Recorder is located in the Perry County Courthouse at 15 W. St. Marie St. in Suite 1 in the county seat of Perryville, MO. The office, which is open Monday through Friday from 8:00AM until 5:00PM, has among its other responsibilities the recording and preserving of marriage and property records, military discharges, and others, as well as helping members of the public locate specific records for research purposes. The Recorder website also links to the Tapestry and Laredo systems, both subscription based programs that allow the viewing of county property records online. Also in Perryville is the Perry County Historical Society which operates a museum and research library at 11 S. Spring St. The library has fairly limited hours of operation, only being open from April to November on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays from 10:00AM until 2:00PM, however appointments outside those hours can be made by phone or email.
