The Seward County Assessor is in Room 206 of the courthouse in the town of Seward and has property records at its office as well as providing an online property search system that is free to use. The County Clerk is also in the courthouse, right next door in Room 205, and provides marriage licenses and records. Birth and death records are not provided, however links to the Office of Vital Records, the state department that maintains them, are listed.
